How do I reserve a conference room?
For Atkinson Hall residents, please use the EMS Reservation System.
Other UCSD staff and faculty must fill out a Reservation Request, and receive approval before using the rooms.
Please reserve the room with the features that you require.

How do I use the videoconferencing system in the conference room?

How do I connect my computer to the display in the conference room?

What's the cost of equipment and the services offered by MTR?

How do I connect to Wi-Fi at CALIT2?
To connect to our public Wi-Fi, select the "Calit2-Guest" connection under your computer's wireless connections.  Then, open a browser window and follow the onscreen instructions.

What about Cisco's Telepresence?
Located in Atkinson Hall, Calit2 hosts UC San Diego's only Cisco Telepresence suite, a proprietary videoconferencing system. More details here.
