General Audio-Visual support
The MTR team provides tech support to all the Atkinson Hall facilities that we manage, exclusively on a recharge basis.
The standard charge for staff labor is $50.00 per hour.
If appropriate (and available), a Student Media Specialist from the MTR team may provide the service at a rate of $14.00 per hour.
The minumun charge is 15 minutes (0.25 hours).
Conference Room support
The MTR team strives to mantain the equipement in Atkinson Hall's self-service conference rooms in working order at all times.
Please make sure to follow the instructions on the User Quick-Guide for your room.
The Help Desk is a good way to address and track progress on a ongoing technical support issue at Calit2. If you would like to submit a ticket outlining a particular issue, please visit the Help Desk site below. You can use your UCSD Single Sign-on information or create a new login.
